MBINRE App is a mobile application for iOS devices developed based on our companys website (www.miamibeachinvestmentrealty.com). This app will allow the user to perform searches, look up information, make appointments, and more with just a few simple clicks and from the comfort of your smartphone or tablet.

* Fully integrated IDX Search, which draws listing results directly from the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) once every 24 hrs. This means no more fake ads like the ones you can find on sites like Craiglist, Trulia, and Zillow;
* Wide array of filter options: You can now search for more than just number of bedrooms and price. For instance, if you need to have a place with no carpet that is close to a specific middle school, the app contains the necessary filters for you to add this search criteria. This way, you will not have to dig through an ocean of listings;
* Search Options: You can search either via regular filters, by MLS ID (if you happen to have it), by address, and even through a map search (this last option is somewhat glitchy but it works well);
